UniqueSide Pte. Ltd. ("UniqueSide", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

## What We Collect

- **Contact details** you submit through our project intake form, contact form, or email (name, email, company, project description).
- **Usage data** — pages visited, referrer, device, browser, and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics.
- **Cookies** — first-party cookies for site preferences and Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement.

We do not collect payment card data; payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe, Wise, etc.).

## How We Use Your Data

- To respond to your project inquiries
- To send updates about your project
- To improve our website and services
- To send occasional newsletters if you have opted in
- To meet legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

## Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only with vendors that help us operate, including:

- **Google Analytics** — anonymous usage analytics
- **Tally** — project intake form
- **Email providers** — to deliver email
- **Hosting providers** (Vercel, AWS) — to serve the website

All vendors are bound by their own privacy and security policies.

## Data Retention

- **Inquiry data:** retained for up to 3 years for follow-up and tax records.
- **Client project data:** retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for legal records.
- **Analytics data:** retained per Google Analytics defaults.

## Your Rights

You may at any time:

- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies

## International Transfers

UniqueSide is based in Singapore. Data may be processed in Singapore, the EU (EEA), the US, and India by our hosting and tooling providers. We rely on standard contractual clauses where applicable.

## Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

## Security

We use HTTPS, principle of least privilege, secure cloud providers, and modern auth practices for client and internal systems. No system is perfectly secure — we will notify affected users promptly if a breach occurs.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
