## Cost

**How much does MVP development cost?**

**What's included at $8,000?**
Full-stack frontend and backend, authentication, database, Stripe payments, deployment, full source code handoff.

**Do you charge hourly?**
No. Fixed price only. You know the exact cost before we start.

**Are there any extra fees?**
Hosting (Vercel, AWS), third-party APIs (Stripe fees, OpenAI usage) - paid by you, usually $20-$200/month total.

## Timeline

**How long does an MVP take?**
15 days for most MVPs. Up to 30 days for complex scopes.

**Can you really ship in 15 days?**
Yes. We have done it 40+ times. We have hit 7-day deadlines for accelerator demo days.

**What if I have a tight deadline?**
Tell us the date. If it is feasible, we will commit to it.

## Process

**How do we get started?**

**Will I have a project manager?**
No - you will have direct Slack access to the engineer building your product. No middlemen.

**How do we communicate?**
Daily updates in a dedicated Slack channel. Video calls weekly or as needed.

**Where are you based?**
UniqueSide Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore. Our team works across multiple time zones.

## Code and Ownership

**Do I own the code?**
Yes, 100%. We build on your GitHub, your hosting, your database.

**Can I leave at any time?**
Yes. Zero vendor lock-in. You own everything we build.

**Will the code be maintainable?**
Yes - modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase), conventional structure, comments where needed, README for handoff. Another developer can pick it up.

## Tech Stack

**What tech do you use?**
Default: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Stripe, Vercel. Mobile: React Native. AI: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini.

**Can I pick the stack?**
Yes - we work with most modern stacks. We will recommend what ships fastest for your scope.
